Меня беспокоит еще вот этот пункт:
License Grant. Licensor hereby grants a worldwide license to PhotoSpin
to: (1) reproduce, display, prepare derivative works, modify, and adapt the
Artwork; (2) digitize such reproductions, modifications and adaptations to
create “digitization’s;” (3) incorporate such digitization’s in Products including
the right to sublicense the bundling of Artwork images in such Products of others;
and (4) manufacture, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, broadcast or transmit the
Products or Artwork, incorporating part or all of the digitization’s through normal
channels of commerce including without limitation on the World Wide Web.
Мне кажется им так много не надо. Им надо право на лицензирование этого и все на таких условиях но не больше.
Может кто помнит - как у топовых стоков с этими пунктами?
Про 10% тоже не очень понятно.

PhotoSpin Obligations. PhotoSpin will:
(a)
Select the Images and make digital copies of those selected Images for
PhotoSpin’s use.
Publish in PhotoSpin’s e-mail messages regarding new content a mention
that such Images have been added to the PhotoSpin Collection.
(b)
(c)
Identify on the appropriate page of the PhotoSpin website that Licensor is
the creator of the Images.
(d)
Assume responsibility for billing and collecting payment from end users
of the Artwork and providing technical support to such end users.
(e)
Failure of PhotoSpin to perform any of these activities shall not constitute
a violation of the Agreement and shall not entitle Licensor to revoke the
license granted under the Agreement.Кстати я тут посмотрел - подписки у них лимитированные. Теоретический минимум действительно за 1,8 цента на низкоразмерной подписке. Если 7 дней в неделю выгребать максимум в течении всего года.
