Как запросить деньги с Шаттера?

Вы проверяли что у вас на странице https://submit.shutterstock.com/admin.mhtml minimum payout сумма меньше чем была сумма баланса на конец месяца?
Что касается письма:
A long time ago i choosed a PayPal as a payment method, but it was not verified, so i fthought, that it was a reason why you don't send ame money.
Now I changed it to Moneybookers. I , verifyied my account and hoped to see my earning this month, but it is a 22 of jJune and I haven't any news yet.

My gross earning is $*** now.
I wish to receive my money, but it's still note "No Payments Sent As of Yet" on my payment history page.
First I choose a PayPal as payment method, but it was not verified, so i thought, that is a reason why you don't send me money.
I changed it to Moneybookers on April or May, verified my account and hoped to see my earning this month, but it is a 22 of June and I haven't any news yet.
What is a reason for delay?

Thank you for contacting Shutterstock Support.
Payments are calculated on the last day of each month and then your earnings
are sent out within the next few days to your chosen payout method (Paypal,
Moneybookers, or check). You should see these payments no later than the 15th
of the following month. This is the information for all of your past payouts:
2009-05-31 PAYPAL $101.86 cancelled
2009-07-31 PAYPAL $125.29 cancelled
2009-08-31 PAYPAL $137.59 cancelled -(this payout includes the earnings
Shutterstock tried to issue you from all previous months) - As you can see ALL
of these transactions were canceled by (PAYPAL).
There could be several reasons why (PAYPAL) has chosen to cancel your payment:
1. You chosen method of payout (PAYPAL) is not accepted in your region
2. You have NOT fully completed setting up your account with PAYPAL
3. The payout email you have registered with the PAYPAL website DOES NOT
match the email you have listed on your account with Shutterstock.
It is the submitter's responsibility to inform Shutterstock when they have
missed payments or have issues with their payouts. We see that you changed
your payout method from PAYPAL to MONEYBOOKERS on 2010-05-13.
Please contact MONEYBOOKERS support before Shutterstock re-issues your
earnings and speak with a MONEYBOOKERS representative to make sure the
following is correct:
1. Is MONEYBOOKERS accepted in your area?
2. Have you FULLY completed your registration with MONEYBOOKERS?
3. Please make sure the email you have listed with the MONEYBOOKERS website is
the same email you have listed on your Shutterstock account. If the email's
do not match, payments will not be successful. Please change the email if
necessary.
***PLEASE NOTE: we will report this issue to our technologies department once
you have notified us through THIS email that you have fully completed your
payout information process. Until this issue is resolved on your end,
Shutterstock will wait to inform the technologies department to reissue the
payment(s). Please contact us once you have resolved this issue.***

Как я поняла, они даже не пытались перевести теперь на манибукерс, да?
Мне надо обязательно проверить его, а как? Тоже написать им? Или есть другой способ? Или просто сказать Шаттеру высылайте на манибукерс и ждать?
