It can only allow you to develop your art even further, go for it
I'm aiming lower but i also want to upgrade my body this year

And so am I, even if it means dropping a couple of EF-S lenses to go to a full-frame sensor (if the successor of the 5D will have one, that is).

p.s.: Been thinking about snatching a 5D the last month (considering the massive price drops), but I probably will NOT stand buying an obsolete model (no matter how good it is - guess I'm a sucker for technological cookies (we all are))
