The shortest month of the year crammed in a lot of action in the microstock market. Mostly configurations changes and new services. Here’s the highlights:
Dreamstime adjusted their editorial submission guidelines to allow unreleased photos.iStockphoto added a File Recovery Service allowing contributors to download their entire portfolio if they lose their files, and allowing buyers to download their previously purchased files. They also started a Spring sale offering discounts across large sized photos.

Yuri Arcurs reached Black Diamond canister level at iStockphoto and declared his microstock earnings for January at US$64,000. Stock photography guru
