Yep... skintones don't look good to me... Maybe it's just my personal preference... I prefer a slightly more natural skintone (or rather, as close to original as possible) with srgb profile, that gives it a bit of a push in saturation, it ends up fine...

But a lot of that will be personal preference... if it sells, lotsa people wil copy you!

Submitted 50 pics, got about 7 accepted, had one sale (for last week of dec to first week of Jan) so no... they are not that far up on my upload list, but I send them stuff every now and again... made about $80 over the last year if that tells you more...

I use the Kepcor flash trigger that works really well.

yep, there are a lot of solutions out there, but I specifically wanted the wizzards because I want to be able to remote trigger the cameras as well (for other shoots, not models )

As we travel a lot, we try and keep our kit light, and as it is now, 1 backpack with kit and notebook is 22kg

Why don't you use an rf trigger to trigger your flashes.

Coming soon to a shoot near you. couldn't find a supplier of pocket wizzards here in SA, but we are aiming to get some next month

The flash units only need a slight change in light to trigger, so the extra flash is never flat, but it's heavy... it's just a make-shift sollution.

Ok, We are back in the country about middle to end of march. wanna do something then? we get you and wife, Andres and Sally and do a bit of a road trip. Could most probably get PicoLib to sponsor us something if we teach and wear some t-shirts
