What fruit, you ask? These files have not been downloaded since 2006 and the members trying to sell them failed to login even once this year.
iStock's head gardener is a wise and forward-thinking man, monsieur JJRD, VP of Content Development, who wants nothing more than to see the garden of iStock flourish with passion, quality and success.
Foliage affected by these shears include 149,446 non-Exclusive files, which will be deactivated, and 3,274 Exclusive files which will be moved to the dollar bin.
The void left by these struggling files shall provide ample room to satisfy a rapidly growing appetite for well-nourished, flowering files. The shears will go back to the shed for another while after this week's swath of snips.
