Subject shooting - what light?

I'm new to the subject shooting but would like to try. I got this equipment (2 flashes only + the rest on the picture). How do I set up a studio? Any advice is appreciated!

i had a link to a guy over at pbase, he had setups for each of his shoots, quite nice, can't find it
there are a couple of books that do the same

If you are asking what else do you need, i'd say a background and additional lights for the background, reflectors, possibly a flash/light meter

Well, not sure, never tried them myself, but you get what you pay for

Oh well, I'll try them then when I'm back from the vacation. I guess it's better than nothing. Maybe I should have asked what flashes to get before I ordered them.
