Saw this on Strobist a couple of weeks ago. Great stuff, especially the "too dressy" part;)

p.s.: But I didn't know shots like these had to be prepared for a month. And there's a lot of postprocessing in there too. Yes, just click "menu" on the video itself and copy and paste the url between the youtube tags (these you can find left above the smilies, then you should get something like this:
