What are the most dumb rejection reasons you get.

Ours is from our new personal inspector at CS who does not seem to like freckles on a person and is rejecting every model with freckles with the reason:
visible freckles.  ::) ;D

What's yours?

Weren't freckles one of the seven beauty marks on women?

Been having some issues with this one on IS.  First it was bounced back for logo or trademark.. with an add on saying there was a logo on the sled.  Well I know there wasn't, and found a spot that was scrathed up a bit, and figured it had to be that, cloned it out and resubmitted. I was going to send in a support ticket, but figured it would take months, so just resubmitted it.

Today I check and it has been bounced back again. This time for "We found this file over filtered from its original appearance/quality." Only thing done was a slight saturation adjustment... but then it gets better

"++

After serious consideration, we are not comfortable with the context in which this image was taken and would require model release(s) for accepting it. Thank you for your understanding."

This one confused me.  No visible face in the photo, and then the not comfortable part really hit a nerve....  the girl is my daughter and a release is no problem, but it made me feel like a perv or something.... So this time I did send in a support ticket, would like to see the rationalization for the uncomfortableness of the photo.

Don't hit me but I can understand the reviewer, s/he can't know that this is your daughter and I feel similar when reviewing images of this kind, SY

Two funny ones, from different sites!:

Out of focus - for an illustration.
Your illustration has rough edges - for a photo.

We just got ripped from the starting post ;D ;-)
Josh agreed that freckles should never be a rejection reason and approved them all.

I posted this already on the Crestock board but never mind, this image below got me my funniest rejection ever:

"Tree branch in top right corner is an UFO (Unfinished Frame Object)"

and no, I am not complaining, but I am still giggling about the graciousness of this reviewer  ;D Such a pity that we can't contact the Crestock reviewers directly, I really want to thank them for making my day with a rejection!  :-* SY
