Lev..I just took a look at the document and all seems correct.

I am interested in this line you have..."I acknowledge and agree that I have consented to publication of my ethnicity(-ies), but understand that other ethnicities may be associated with Images of me by the Photographer and/or Assigns for descriptive purposes."

I do not have anything like this in mine. Has this been a problem for you not having it in the release? Just curious. Thanks

I am not a native English speaker, but I would be also interested to learn more about the "ethnicity" question. If I remember right only Istock or Dreamstime are actually asking for the ethnicity of the model, all others not (correct me if I am wrong). So is this line to protect you, in case a designer just "assigns" an ethnicity to a model? SY

yes it protects me. imaine you shoot Korean model and some european magazine uses her image to promote Chinese goods. you never know what claims can it cause from model unless you're protect yourfelf.

kourafas5, thanks a lot for checking the document!

yep. I must agree with Lev. It's not something you come accross in many western cultures... We had a similiar problem here, but it's still not part of my release. I think I need to update...

Lev,

I looked over the document.  Everything seems to be in order and I believe you have everything covered.

Thank you for making this available.  I sure it will be helpful to many of us.
