На соседнем форуме один стокер попросил контракт, вот один из пунктов:

All Content submitted to YOONIQ by the Assignor is on a Content exclusive basis.

 This means that Content submitted to YOONIQ and any other content that is

 substantially the same (a “Similar”) may not be licensed to any third party in the

 Territory unless YOONIQ has notified the Assignor that it has been rejected.

upd. А дизайн сайта конечно шикарный, мне очень понравился) Хотя для покупателя как - не знаю)
