Кошмар! Сумасшедший дом. Я вшоке.
Сначала ответили что все впорядке, все устраивает. потом неспрося меня снимают комиссию в 2%.
потом я жалуюсь в русский саппаорт а он отфутболивает меня на английский и те снова присылают мне запрос на то что я им должен предоставить документы о своем бизнесе. Запрос из 8 пунктов. Это писец какой то...
вот чего пишут. выделил то чего не понял
Please be informed that As you are using your Moneybookers account for commercial purposes, and the payment volumes processed trough the account have reached some certain level, the account is now considered a business one, and therefore from now on we are applying our standard fee on the processed 'receive money' transactions.
We are glad that you are using a Moneybookers account to process payments. However, as you are using your account for business purposes and in order to welcome you as a trusted business partner of Moneybookers you need to get your account verified. Therefore we kindly ask you to provide us with the following documents to process the account activation on our end:
1. A colored copy of a valid official identification document of the Moneybookers account holder such as your international passport, national identity card(front and back) or driving license
2. Proof of registered address such as Utility Bill or Bank Statement (within last three months)
3. Incorporation certificate or similar document that proves you are operating a legitimate business (in case you have registered company)
4. Details of your shareholders and business partners if applicable - on your business letter headed paper, signed and stamped by a company representative - including all shareholders who have more than 25% share with the exact allocation of shares and monetary value. Please note that we will need a valid photo ID of every shareholder who owns more than 25% of the shares of the company (not required for Sole Traders)
5. An explanation of your business activities including URLs/ Auction IDs where applicable
6. Please fill out the attached merchant Questionnaire (in case some of the fields are not applicable to your business status / model please kindly mention in the relevant field "not applicable"
7. Merchant Terms & Conditions (hand written signature is required at the bottom of each page)
8. Signed copy of the attached Merchant agreement
9. Signed fee schedule
You can send them via email - please scan the required and then attach the scanned in reply to this e-mail.
Please be advised that a rolling reserve of 10% of the funds received in the MONEYBOOKERS account is held for 180 days.Upon gaining Merchant Status, your account will no longer be subject to transaction limits.
Last but not least please bear in mind that in order to get a merchant status you are required to include on your web site the following:
- Terms and Conditions
- Privacy and return policy
- Contact details (Physical address and phone number)
За что мне это? За то что я через них уже кучу тыщ баксов прогнал? Что делать народ?
