After considering feedback from contributors in the forums and in our town hall meeting last week, we want to apologize for how our recent policy change and its communication were handled. We have taken your concerns seriously and decided to step back and review our initial plan. There will be no changes in your ability to control where your content is distributed.
All three opt-out options will remain fully functional.
If you are not familiar with these options, as a contributor to Stockxpert you can earn more by:
1) Choosing to include your content in subscriptions on Stockxpert and other Jupiterimages sites;
2) Choosing to include your content with unrelated third parties Jupiterimages does business with, and/or;
3) Choosing to sell extended rights for your content enabling it to be used in products and services which are sold.

Что-то я не могу понять они пошли на попятную?
И просят включить опять эту опцию(продажи по подписке).

А у меня подписка была отключена с самого начала - были отличные продажи по кредитам. А после того, как на конференции пообещали "слонов" за включённую подписку, начались массовые скачивани за подписку. Так что ничего страшного не случится, если отключить подписку. Кому надо, тот и за кредиты купит.

Народ кто внимательно с юридической точки зрения прочел вчерашнее послание? Насколько то что они предлаают теперь ок?

ты имеешь в виду сайтмэйл? так они им разослали то же самое, что простым мэйлом рассылали несколько дней назад.
