Почему вы так уверены, что это относится к ящику? я думаю, все дело в логотипе шапки, а причина у вас указана стандартная, всегда про любой копирайт одна и таже формулировка

Я так понял, что +лого на шапке - это отдельный пункт... Или это именно разъяснение того, что они хотят?! :-\
Просто раньше мне писали "This file includes content that may be subject to copyright or trademark protection." и конкретно что-где не указывали...

именно так, это не отдельный пункт, это разъяснение. раньше вам просто не везло, на самом деле инспектора часто указывают этим плюсиком где и что конкретно не так. Итого на этой фотографии только одна проблема - лого на шапке.
