C зажатым контролом выделяешь фотографии с одной категорией, потом жмакаешь: "Редактировать выбранное", расставляешь категории, применяешь, отправляешь. :) Вместо 40 кликов - делаешь четыре. :)

Точно так же как и раньше - к фоткам ставите галочку I want to upload release now, и когда отправите фотки на модерацию - появится все тот же старый интрефейс для прикрепления релизов.
