My suggestion would be to put a note to the reviewer in the description field if they don't have a special box for that and stating: That the artist is >70 years dead and that the image was taken on public property. Hope that helps, SY

Yes, I deleted the photo. Today I have reuploaded it with the notes to inspector, as was recommended by Sybille
